The present invention is about ginsenoside Rd enriched fermented red ginseng concentrate by a combination of lactic acid bacteria of Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis HY8002 and Bifidobacterium adolescentis HY8502 to improve allergic rhinitis. It can be used as a food material or for dietary supplements having the effect of improving allergic rhinitis by inhibiting the expression of IL-4 (Interlukin-4), IL-5 (Interlukin-5) and IgE (Immmunoglobulin E) and regulating the composition of gut microbiota.
