The present invention relates to a fermented red ginseng concentrate with improved body absorption and blood concentration maintenance time of red ginseng active ingredient using lactic acid bacteria fermentation, and a product thereof. Red ginseng is extracted through three rounds of alcohol extraction, and the extract is fermented with a strain combination of Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis HY8002 and Bifidobacterium adolescentis HY8502. By doing this, is is possible to obtain a fermented red ginseng concentrate with excellent immune enhancing effect,inflammation-suppressing effect, antioxidant activity and liver damage treatment effect with improved body absorption and blood concentration maintenance time of red ginseng active ingredient due to the ginsenoside content under certain conditions.
